Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Silas Checkin. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Due to our Cash on Delivery payment method, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund for the amount paid. However, please note:

  • Cash on Delivery: Since we only offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method, we will process your refund through a replacement or adjustment of future deliveries. We are unable to refund via any other method.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products that were purchased on sale or under special promotions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product, please follow the return process and we will ship the correct product to you once the return is approved.
